1)2 1/2 FLOUR
2)BAKING POWDER 1 TSP
3)BAKING SODA 1 TSP
4)SUGAR 3 TBSP
5)KOSHER SALT 2 TSP
WHISK
WER INGREDIENT:
1)BUTTERMILK
WHOLE MILK 2 1/2 cups
LEMON JUICE 2-3 TBSP

OR

VINEGAR 2-3 TBSP
2)1 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER MELTED
3)2 EGG YOLK the yellow stuff and separate the rest for later
WHISK together with dry softley
Add EGG WHITE

LET STAND 15-30 min
